Our Firm
Our Architecture Firm was founded in 2003 by John A Simonetti AIA. It was born out of a passion to transform people’s lives by designing incredible spaces for them to live and work in. John A Simonetti AIA LEED Green Associate
John A Simonetti is a licensed Architect in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, and Pennsylvania. He has been practicing Architecture for well over two decades and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified with the United States Green Building Council as a LEED Green Associate. John obtained a Masters degree and Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. His undergraduate program also focused on Landscape Architecture, and Urban design. He also runs two non profits that he founded teaching Urban Youth about Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, and Art: The National Architectural Engineering Sustainable Urban Youth Initiative Inc., and MetroArts for Young Artists-Rhode Island MetroArts Inc.. John is also an avid photographer, an artist, a philanthropist, and has a Rhode Island Real Estate license.

Sustainable Extruded Waterfront Tiny House
Extruded Waterfront Tiny House located in Narragansett, Rhode Island. This house was designed with sustainability in mind. Having a very efficient narrow floor plan, maximizing energy and material cost savings. The home has abundant natural daylight, locally sourced materials, all LED lighting, multi zoned climate control, wood flooring, and is uniquely sited. Water runoff and collection will be thoroughly managed well into the future to protect the wetlands. We encourage you to come see this masterpiece whenever you get the chance.

Discover Our Designs
New Sustainable Pool House Garden Pavilion.
The Sustainable Pool House Garden Pavilion sits like a jewel in the landscape surround with a continuous flow of interior and exterior space. Inspired by travels through Japan, emphasizing horizontal lines, and natural materials. The building interacts with the setting much like a Japanese Tea House, and the facade designs where inspired by Japanese screens. The cupola was inspired by the South East Light on Block Island. At night the cupola illuminates beckoning guests to visit the Garden Pavilion.
Luxury Waterfront Residence

The Club House Project is definitely designed to impress and judging by the reactions of visitors, it manages to do just that.
